The flat is on the first floor of a small, secure residence of 8 flats, in a quiet, sought-after street close to the beach (100 m), the pine forest (50 m) and shops, so there's no need to take the car. The flat comprises a beautiful living room with lounge and fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with double bed and dressing area, a relaxation area with 90cm sofa bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. You'll appreciate the peacefulness of the residence, the shaded terrace where you can enjoy your meals, the air conditioning, the private parking space, a lovely 14 m2 terrace, and a large garden with a swimming pool. You are responsible for keeping the flat tidy and clean. A deposit cheque for 80 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure.
