Golden sand and azure water: our wild nuggets

Nestled between sea and mountains, the town of Argelès-sur-mer abounds in secret spots. Starting with Porteils beach. Not far from Collioure, this beach offers an intimate setting for soaking up the Catalan sun. Sounds like the South…

Want to swap sand for pebbles? Set course for the pretty Plage de l’Ouille. On the border with Collioure, this small cove of turquoise water is revealed along the coastal path. An intimate and authentic spot, it marks a lovely iodine break during your hike. The program includes snorkelling and a reading session. All facing the Côte Vermeille. A real wonder!

To delight both taste buds and eyes, consider organizing a picnic in good company on the coves.
The best way? Shop at one of our markets in the morning, and enjoy the beach in the afternoon. And off you go!

*Bon appétit
