The Urb'Art festival returns to Argelès-sur-Mer from 22 to 28 May 26 for a 4th edition that's colourful, eco-responsible and human-oriented. The walls of the town centre and the recycled panels of the "Jam de la plage" will be their canvas of expression on gestures, cultures, intergenerational links... Urb'Art 4 will be an opportunity to forge links, together, with the artists, but also with other forms of urban art: street art, breakdance, parkour, music... A friendly, colourful festival to enjoy together
