For your safety, the six lifeguard posts are staffed for the season by lifeguards who are ready to intervene at the slightest problem (a swimmer feeling unwell, a windsurfer in difficulty) and to give sound advice on prevention.

30 April to 31 May Central help point (P4), 30 April, 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 May from 10:30am to 6pm
1 June to 3 June Central help point (P4), daily from 10:30am to 6pm
4 to 10 June Central help point (P4), Point 6, Point 3, Point 1, daily from 10:30am to 6pm
11 to 30 June All 6 help points (numbered P1 to P6), daily from 10:30am to 6pm
1 July to 31 August All 6 help points (numbered P1 to P6) + the 2 lookouts, daily from 10:30am to 7pm
1 to 11 September All 6 help points (numbered P1 to P6), daily from 10:30am to 6pm
12 to 18 September Main help point (P4), Point 6, Point 3, Point 1, daily from 10:30am to 6pm
19 to 25 September Main help point (P4), Point 6 and Point 3, based on the weather, daily from 10:30am to 6pm
