Charming two-star furnished holiday apartment with sea view, located on the 1st floor of a secure residence. The studio sleeps a maximum of 2 people. From the pine-fringed garden, you can reach the beach without having to cross a road. Your studio is equipped with a sofa, wall-mounted double bed, flat-screen TV and air conditioning (extra charge per kWh). The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to heat up and prepare simple dishes. For your convenience, a hairdryer is available in the shower room. Parking is easy at the foot of the flat, 50 metres away, and during the summer season you'll find several shops, including a mini-market. Bed linen and towels not provided (bedding 140x190, pillows 60x60). We will check in and out together and draw up a rental contract. Hours to be respected: arrival 2pm / 3.30pm and departure 10.30am / 11.30am. Cleaning option: 30€.
