Ideally located in the heart of the resort, this fully-renovated studio cabin (approx. 20 m²) is on the garden level, 20 metres from the beach and has a sea view. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It has a living room with a sofa bed (140cm) and a cabin equipped with bunk beds (90cm). Large terrace with direct access to the south beach and the famous Argelès promenade, very close to the port. Private, enclosed garage with direct access to the flat. Shops within walking distance.
