EXHIBITION: CATALAN COSTUMES - BETWEEN FASHION AND IDENTITY

The Casa de l'Albera Museum and the Town of Argelès-sur-Mer are delighted to present a new temporary exhibition.

This exhibition, originally produced by the Musée de Cerdagne, was designed and produced by the association Le Temps du Costume Roussillonnais .
Le Temps du Costume Roussillonnais is an ethnographic association dedicated to the transmission of Catalan culture at its most representative: costume.

The aim of this exhibition is to provide a clear picture of the men's and women's costumes of our region from different periods.

"Our aim is to provide a fresh and reliable view of our clothing heritage, whether through our costume walks, exhibitions or publications.
Le Temps du Costume Roussillonnais has selected a representative range of documents from its collections, from the authentic to the kitsch: headdresses, works of art or decorative objects. "
